Hi everybody! This is the 2nd project I ever made and let me tell you! It was a mess!!!! Even my Mom had to work to figure out what to do. My aunt gave me the pattern and I got the material. When Mom came to help me with more quilting lessons and show me what to do, even she decided that we had a mess.

You see, this pattern called for Thangles and we weren't using those. So Mom had to adjust the whole pattern and figure out what I should "really" cut. It was a mess. The pattern said that if you didn't cut the whole in the center, it could be a Christmas tree skirt or table topper, so that's what I did, or didn't do!

It turned out really nice though, thanks to my Mom. Let's give her a round of applause!!! Mom, take a bow! Enjoy!

It's pretty! Too bad those patterns don't include regular curring directions along with the ones for "thangles". The pattern doesn't appear to be really difficult if you'd had the right directions!

Aren't Moms wonderful? I really miss my mom's advice on my projects. I usually ignored it and did my own thing and got royally fooled up! I really miss her, "I told you!!" conversations!
