Thank you, quilter68. I have not been under any time pressures with this quilt, but it took me from mid December to this last week to quilt it, working on it in the evenings mostly.
To make I would estimate around 2-3 months, doing it in between the usual domestic demands made upon us as Wives, Mum's and Grandmas. I do not use the traditional method so it is quicker. I can give more details to those of you who are interested by PM's, but I fear the traditionalists among you would probably not approve!!!! From a personal point of view, I know I would struggle to complete a traditionally pieced DWR and so I have great admiration for those of you who have done one in that way.

If not, I'll pm you. thanks.

In reply to the enquiries about this quilt.
I used a book that I have had for years.
If I am allowed to give details publicly then I will. But otherwise please PM me and I can help. I am not sure of the rules on advertising here. I do not want to break any rules.
May I say how over whelmed/flattered I am with the wonderful comments from so many you. Most of you I am sure are more experienced than me. Thank you so much.
