Oh my, do I ever admire the gorgeous work that you have done in making this lovely quilt block. How long do you think it will take to make the next 32? I will be waiting anxiously to see your finished project!!

I really don't know how long this quilt will take. I've done 8 blocks in 2 months but I know I can't keep up that pace during the holidays. And who knows what else could get in the way. I guessed it would be a couple of years when I started. I just keep working as I can. This is the perfect take along project when I have an appointment where I have to sit and wait. I

Are you using aquarela pencils on leaves and petals?
I loved the chit chat on techniques when the group were working on theirs.

Gorgeous!! Thanks for showing us the before and after. With some of the other blocks, because you were using batiks, I wasn't always sure how much was embellishment/inking was done on the flowers to get veining.
