I also was trying to post pictures and even when I followed directions under "help", there wasn't an icon over the message box for me. Under "help" there is a place to click on "contact information" and I then sent an email to this site ([email protected]) and she promptly (by next day) responded, told me to check the page with message box again, and lo and behold, there was the icon (as well as other options) above my message box!!! It must have been magic; don't know how she did it! I was going to post pictures of completed Christmas gifts but since then haven't found time to do it but may still go ahead with it. It should work now. Try this and I hope it works for you too.
