    Default My baby "Walkabout" quilt

I named this "Walkin' in the woods with daddy". The pattern is called Walkabout. I quilted deer hooves, bear tracks and big bootprints and baby bootprints in the center red paths. I'm really happy with how it turned out and the parents loved it! I got the animal print online at spoonflower.com.

I can certainly see why the parents love this fine quilt.

What a sharp looking Quilt. I think they'll be able to use it for a long time since it isn't 'baby' looking. How did you quilt the footprints? I love how they pop off of that red. You should be very pleased with yourself. Well done!

That's a great looking quilt. I really like that fabric & will check it out at spoonflower.com. Thanks for the link. The boot tracks was a brilliant idea.

I love the 'Walkabout' pattern, it goes so quickly and an easy one for beginners. Yours looks great.
