Both beautiful quilts. Especially like your bargello. I have fabric to make that pattern but haven't attempted it yet-guess I am just a little afraid to attack such a pattern. Thank you for sharing your great work.

Beautiful quilt love the colors, bargello quilts are just awesome they have so much movement. This is one quilt I really want to make but the thought of all of those seams really holds me back from making one. Is it as difficult as I think it is or is it not? Thanks for sharing your beautiful quilt.

The strips were cut 2 1/2" wide, then sewn together. After that just follow the pattern as to the various widths to cut. Then lots and lots of pinning and pressing. Oh, and lots of prayers too . Very time consuming, but worth the effort. And yes, I plan to mark more bargellos.

Oh, it turned out wonderful!! You have to be so pleased. I enjoyed following your journey, through the selection of fabric and everything. And your quilting is perfect. I am not surprised you plan on making more Bargellos . I look forward to seeing what your next one is...maybe another from the same book?
