That is so cool. Love the way the colors dance across the quilt. May have to try to get a copy of the book. Looks like fun.

I did the final piecing of the blocks on the new machine--but I found a serious "glitch". On my other machines, when I was piecing, I could sew up to a pin, stop with the needle down, remove the pin and then start up again and keep sewing a straight line. Not with this new one. Everytime I remove a pin, it moves the fabric, and I end up with a BIG jig jog in the seam. I had to resew almost every seam to get it straight, and what a PIA!!! Is it me? What am I doing wrong? Even if I stopped, pulled the pin, and the restarted, I get a jog. Any advice/suggestions?

And thank y'all for all your nice comments!!

OK, Quiltluvr, all the coordinating fabrics say the same thing on the selvage: Fabric Traditions copyright 2009. www.fabrictrditions.com

Here are photos of the three coordinating fabrics I have. They all have sparkly gold in them.

Search for "Bargello" and look at some of the photos. You'll see. It is a design.

You are awesome and I thank you for your looking that up for me. I started to look on JoAnn's site. I got thru I think the first 33 pages and all I saw up to that point was like on page 2 and it looked to be pre-quilted. When I get out to JoAnn's again I'll look in the store.

    Thank you, thank you. :-)
