After spending a year taking chemo and feeling not so good and getting the all clear from my oncologist right before Christmas .... my sweetie thought I needed a very good birthday present since my birthday is the 28th of Dec. .... so I opened this and now have it all set up and am ready to sew and the third pic is of my UFOs that I'm going to have a blast finishing on this beauty ... she is a Brother PC420 so cool!!!!!

Congratulations on the machine, and especially on the all-clear from your oncologist! What great Christmas presents!

I just got the same machine for Christmas and am having so much fun with it! You're going to love it.

Your hubby sounds like a keeper!

Congrats on the "all clear" - hoping it stays that way for you.
Lucky lady - great new machine!
And, I love the UFO pile - please show us your finished projects as they get done. 2011 - my plan is to finish ALL UFOs - we'll see.

She's beautiful. What did you name her? My wonderful hubby just bought me a present too. Can't believe it. I named her Annabell. Congrats in so many ways. May you have many, many years of sewing happiness with her.

I am so happy to hear your good news from your doctor. Congrats on the wonderful report. From a 19 year survivor as of New Years Eve I wish you many, many, many years of happy sewing with your wonderful new machine. Your hubby was wonderful to present such a great gift. Do keep us posted on the completion of your UFO's. After complications of chemo, it was some time before I could concentrate to do complicated designs, but so happy to hear you are ready to take on those UFO's with vim!

Congratulations! Now you will always have an excuse to be in the sewing room. Pretty machine.

Congratulations on your new machine, your birthday, but most of all your good news from your doctor. I truly hope that 2011 will be magical for you. All the best!
