You did a great job on picking fabric colors and quilting especially for your first time, now I want to make a yellow and blue quilt I have that on my to do list but now I think it will have to be moved to the top of my list. Again beautiful!

I was blessed with a Bernina Aurora 440 as a Christmas gift from DH. I have been sewing since I was a small child but only took up quilting a few years ago. Thank you for the kind words.

Thank you. I had nothing to do with picking the colors, it stated as a block of the month at an LQS and it just evolved from there.

How I would LOVE to own a Bernina 830. I can see you have put that machine to great use. Tell your hubby, I think he is a wonderful man!

I've been looking for quilt pattern for the fabrics I purchased a few years ago, "Magnolia" by Blank. It is a beautiful black background with magnolias with green coordinates, and this would be perfect! Do you have the name of the pattern or know where it is available?

I have to correct something.. I have a Bernina Aurora 440, my brain must have been asleep!
I don't think there is a pattern available because it was a 'block of the month' at a Calgary quilt store and they named it 'Summer in Provence'. I have included their website below, maybe they have a pattern by now.

    Good luck,
