    Did you use your scraps for this? I like the difference in the strips. Looks like it may have taken some sewing time for sure.

    actually my strips were done on adding machine paper strips....took quite a while to remove the paper after I was done....made three quilts using that method and working on another one now....it uses up a lot of scraps...the thin line was one strip cut in half...

    actually the pattern is mine...i looked at some "adding machine paper foundation" quilts and came up with this one on my own....I call it "Northern Lights" because of the black fabric having stars on it and surrounded by all the colors

    That's a very pretty quilt.

    I love the idea of a raffle. I'm making a quilt and other items to give away at my family reunion this summer. I'm just going to put all the names in a hat and have different folks pick names for each item. It should be fun.
