    That is a great idea for an I Spy quilt. I am making one as well using this pattern: http://happyquiltingmelissa.blogspot...-festival.html which calls for 6 inch blocks. I think I have almost collected enough blocks to start, cut I am waiting till January with so many other projects on my plate. I like your idea for the back too.
