Your room is a dream! I couldn't come up with a neat and decorated room to quilt in (and keep that way) if my life depended on it.

    Congratulations

Thanks so much for everyone's sweet comments. I do love my room. It is a work in progress, but I've enjoyed creating this room.

This room speaks to my desire to be creative as well as a swell place to hang out - warm and inviting. I will return to these photos for the great ideas that you have used. I absolutely LOVE the fabric used for your window treatments. Would you mind sharing where you got it from!?

    Karen,

Thanks so much! I don't know why my pics posted sideways! ack! I will take some more pics of things up close. I do love my room! It's my little haven.

I got the fabric from Fat Quarter Shop. It's from the Paris Apartment collection.

    Thanks,
    Michelle

Michelle! Thank you so much for the link to the beautiful fabric for the window treatments. I am still in the process of organizing and "decorating" my sewing room so I can create a room that is special for me and motivates me to sew. I will have to wait til payday to order my fabric (retired teachers are paid once a month!) - but I have my "dream sewing room" in my head and your pictures to inspire me! Thank you again for helping me with locating the fabric. I will post pics when every thing comes together! sincerely, Karen

Where's your stash? Or do you buy only on a need to basis? Your room is cute and cozy.
