    It's going to be a beautiful quilt when you're finished, I'm sure. I have a black cat, so if I ever decide to make the cat quilt (it's on my Roundtoit List) pattern I have, easy peasy fabric choice. LOL. You might be able to fussy cut some of your feather fabric for a calico cat, but I think the fabric under the handle of your scissors to be very interesting and a possibility. Keep us posted on your progress, can't wait to see your progress.

    You are doing a great job for 'just winging it'!! I personally like your feathery fabric but maybe you will find something you like better.

    Cat lover here too! Glad I am not the only one who would like to turn picture on mug into a quilt. I have 2 mugs I'd like to copy into a quilt. Maybe some day. Looks like you have a good start going. Keep us posted on your progress.
