    This was a gift for my dads 80th birthday. On the back with the label was a photo of him in uniform along with the name of his ship, and dates of service.

    That is wonderful. I know he loves it. The label looked great, though I couldn't see it well.

    I wish we could give all our veterans one just like it.

    We are trying to. Make about 10 vet quilts a month myself and we are taking them to the va hospitals.

    WOW.. that is sooooo FABULOUS!!! My husband would DIE if I made him something so special.. o lordy I would have to have it in his man room.. no no not happening!
