My Dear Mother's Quilt Pics
#101
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I do wish my mother had done handwork or sewing so I had something like that to have knowing that she made it. My grandmother taught me how to do some handwork; i.e., crocheting rugs and making scrap doll quilts. Grandma didn't much like making quilts, but she sure liked making rugs. I still have several serviceable rugs that are used all the time. And she has been dead since 1967! Memories keep people alive. Her quilts are lovely. Enjoy, and remember.

I extend my sympathy to you. Hopefully your memories will comfort you and your dad in the days ahead. And you have her beautiful quilts to wrap up in and feel her love next to your heart. Take care in the days ahead.

Sorry for the loss of you mom. Just remember everytime you are under one of her quilts, she is wrapping her arms around you. She left some of best memories for everyone to have of her. Bless her and may her quilts and memories warm your heart.
