I lost my mother on Feb. 3rd of this year so I do understand what you are going through. It has been really tough. The quilts are beautiful and what a treasure to have something that your mom made. My mother did not sew or quilt and I feel a little guilty that I never got around to making her one. A lost chance I can't get back.

What beautiful quilts, I'm so sorry for your loss. It just makes them even more special. I don't have. Anything of my mothers when she died. Maybe thats why I quilt, so my children will have. Something to remember me. You are very lucky.

I am so sorry to hear of you loss. I personally know the loss of a mother is hard. Be comforted knowing she is now in a beautiful place and watching over you and your family.
