I like this a lot - is there a pattern for making the basket?

Love your dog. I have an 8 mo old Granddog named "Rover Dangerfield Jr." He is an English Bulldog and practically lives at my house. I've never seen the cartoon movie (with his name) but everyone says it's great.

Pattern was in Quiltmaker magazine, Nov/Dec 1993. It is a wall hanging of 4 blocks. But I tired after one block. lol ..I made block with cheater applique tricks. I sewed all pieces to used dryer sheets, trimmed edges, turned right side out, ironed, and then sewed down.
