    that is pretty - you are not the only one learning the tip about ironing on the wrong side I am a self taught appliquer and found out about it a couple of months ago - have been appliquing for about 4 years!!!!! surprising the difference it makes

    Love your basket. Now I have to go downstairs and look to see if I still have that magazine! If so, I will be making one, hopefully I can use the block in a table runner. Think Easter!

    Pattern was in Quiltmaker magazine, Nov/Dec 1993. It is a wall hanging of 4 blocks. But I tired after one block. lol ..I made block with cheater applique tricks. I sewed all pieces to used dryer sheets, trimmed edges, turned right side out, ironed, and then sewed down.

    I saw this pattern and loved it, then couldn't remember which magazine had the pattern. Went online and googled. Someone was selling copies of the two pages from the magazine. I was shocked. Anyhow, I zoomed in on the posted photo, got the name of the magazine and issue date and Voila'...I found the pattern.
