    you really don't need another pat on the back, because your work is beautiful and everyone is telling you so! but in addition to liking your gorgeous runner, i love the piece of furniture it is adorning. is your home decorated with similar pieces? clever idea for your practice piece! i call my practice pieces 'quilts'. so far no one has complained about getting a learning exercise (quilt).

    Yes, almost all the furniture in our House are dark wood. They are similar in modern style, but that it has was requested by specific design.
