I have a hollow door I use. I got it from the manager when he was remodeling the other duplex, and when I am sewing, I pull my cutting table out, and put it on that. when I am done ironing, I push it to the back side, and use the front size for cutting. I have to put it all away when I am done for the day, as I sew in the living room. I love your idea. God bless.

So clever! I wish I'd thought of that years ago when I had to use the away-at-school kid's bedroom as my sewing room. Would have made things so much easier. Still wouldn't have been able to sew in there when he was home from school, though. Within 2 hours of him moving out for good, I was painting my 'new' sewing room. He said I hadn't even let the bed get cold before I moved in. He was right!

Very smart use of space! I sure wish I would've thought of this back when my only available room was used for a guest room, office and sewing room...and it is small! (Eventually it just became a sewing room! <smile>)

You sure have a nice setup for your sewing :)
