It came out great, I'm sure the bride and groom will treasure it always at least if they knew what goes into making one they would! I love DWR quilts but when I found out that for a bed quilt it has over 1000 pieces I decided to admire them and their makers.

I have always loved the DWR pattern and I have two of them. One was made by my husband's grandmother. She made one for everyone of her grandchildren. I have another one that is made from feed sack fabric. However, the one you made is truly beautiful and contemporary. I love the yellow and gray colors and the different approach to quilting in the overall pattern-I have never seen that before. It will be loved. I wish I could see the bride's face when she opens it!
