    One of my close friends had their birthday on Easter so I made a birthday cake for her but I still wanted it to have an Easter/spring feel. This is what I came up with. Hope you like it. It tasted great I wish I had a photo of the inside. I make a white sour cream cake and filled it with homemade lemon curd and fresh blueberry. I tasted fantastic.

    Wow! Some how my cake mix cakes with a can of frosting smeared on them don't look as good now. :shock:
