    That is awesome. I went to estate sale before Christmas, and there were several quilt tops and they went for over $200 so I couldn't get one.

    Lovely! When I see something like that I wonder what happened to the person who spent all that time working on that piece. What a great find for you!!

    That's lovely! I have a quilt top that my aunt made by hand that is the same pattern. I've been handquilting it. My biggest questions is how I'm going to do the border. She has those "interesting" edges also. If you have an idea of how to do that, I'd love to know.

    Since it is vintage, done with muslin and some sort of sacks, I don't even want to try and match something and even out the edges.

    Thanks for sharing. It was a joy to see another quilt like hers.
