    Thanks everyone...she's one of my first. Her face is embroidered and her eyelashes are handsewn with embroidery floss.

    sandpat - no, I didn't do the doll swap. I'm not sure what that is.

    Ruth - probably a couple of weekends - I made her awhile ago, when I wanted to make dolls before. I fussed over her face and the outfit. I made the pattern myself but it wasn't that hard. The doll pattern is from a dollmaking book I have.
