I am a huge fan of and love your cardinals - - great fabric choices for them. They look great with the, also fabulous, leaf blocks. Do you mind sharing the origin of the PP cardinals?

Your cardinals look wonderful! I haven't done paperpiecing, but your cardinals may have inspired me to give it a try!

The Cardinal pattern is from Jodie Davis' book-Backyard Bird Quilts which I ended up getting from Amazon! The curtain design will be my own. I had gotten a couple of patterns from people on the QB of Cardinals, but not enough experience in PP so I just bought the book-less than $13 w/S/h. Thanks to all your comments. I can't wait to see the finished project either!
