My first "artsy" quilt

your free motion is awesome. The quilt is wonderful. I would add one thing. The eyes in the cats stare at you. if you put a dot of paint on the bottom side of the eye, they will not do that mean look. Put the dot on the same side of each eye like both eyes on the right.
How do you do it. Put out a dollop of paint and put the end of a toothpick or a paintbrush in the puddle. Then just dot the eye, just down and then straight up. The size of what you use will give you the size of the dot.

I had trouble deciding what to do with the eyes, because I wanted them to stand out. But I didn't realize they looked mean! I didn't do any quilting on them, so they would "come forward". But I thought about outlining them in black ... maybe like little lashes. I still have a couple days to think about it .... Thanks for the suggestion!
