WOW! fantastic! I can see why you are hooked and want to do more;your quilt turned out very, very nice. I bought the Cynthia England pattern to make the red barn landscape "someday" ......
So is the picture piecing method really as easy as it looks on her video?

Yes it is just as easy as Cynthia's tutorial! It' very tedious, though. It took me 16 hours to sew all those little pieces together! And this pattern was for a beginner! The other pattern that I'm working on is the sewing machine with the quilt. It's an advanced pattern which I didn't realize when I bought it. It's taken me about 12 hours so far just to cut the pieces out and I'm not even finished! But I think all the work is worth it because the resulting wall hanging is so unique. I'm so glad I discovered this technique and I can't wait to apply it to my own artwork.

You did a great job. I love her patterns I have done the palm tree one twice and 2 of the wedding bells and will be doing a third. I have also done several of the flower ones, Pansy, Hybiscus/hummingbird (2), Sunflower , daising and iris. They make great wall hangings.
