    What a great fabric choice for the borders. Tone on tones in warm colours is the perfect choice!

    This was my own creation with left over 2.5 strips that I had.I did need to buy some material to fill in. The applique is my own creation.I watched a tutorial on "Steam a Seam" and it demonstrated how to make an easy vine. It took off from there. I used small yo- yo's for the holly berries.

    A tube quilting tutorial can be found on MissouriQuilt.com. Look under their quilting tutorials. "Summer in the Park" tube quilting video it may be on you tube also. I love the Missouri quilt site. Enjoy

    It is beautiful. I love the mix of applique' and blocks. I am always tempted to try that but I get in a hurry at the end and just don't get to it. Nice job.
