    Your quilt is really beautiful. I too, intend to do a Dresden plate quilt. Did you have any problems getting them flat on the base fabric? That is the part that intimidates me. I like the scrappy look of it.

    You made a beautiful quilt! Scrap quilts are my favorite kind of quilt. The yellow centers and corner stones really help to tie it all together; the scrappy double sashing is great too.

    We're always our own worst critics. Hand quilting is fine and you don't have to be an expert. You will get better at quilting with each quilt.
