    Hi ladies, this is my first attempt at a dresden plate quilt. It was made out of several scraps as you can tell. I am really proud of it. I have learned a lot making this quilt. I hand quilted it and even though I'm not an expert at hand quilting, I'm rather proud of that.

    Your quilt is lovely!! Don't be hard on yourself about handquilting, be proud that you did it. Its one of those things that just get better with practice, practice, and more practice.

    Thank you some of my seams were off a little, do any of you panic when they don't come out exactly right. I have seen some in books if you look close the seams are off.

    It's beautiful! No, I don't get upset when my seams aren't perfect, for the reason you mentioned - even the "pros" get it wrong sometimes :)
