I love Bargello quilts, but have been unsuccessful in making one. I think I have a mental block and think I can't make one so I can't. I've tried twice and couldn't stand the results and ended up giving both away. I'm doomed to failure.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I have to admit
I've had the fabric and Eileen Wrights book in a bag for two years because I was afraid to make this quilt--I've been reading everything about Bargello quilts on this forum and compiled a list of all of the helpful tips. It was a huge help when I wasn't sure what to do. The fabrics in the quit are the original fabrics I selected when I bought Eileen's Wrights book---your positive feedback is great! Everyone on this forum is very supportive!!
