    thank you all for your kind words. I started this as a class and made a few false starts that became hot pand. That is what I do with my "not good" blocks and projects.

    The pieces were big enough for me to do hand quilting. The wall hanging one the pieces were so small that it seemed like all seams.

    I think it is just a heart bargello. I think the girl in the guild actually drew it up on a grid because, as I recall, the strips were all the same width. Back then, we didn't do any making a loop -- The quilt was made in 4 sections and we followed the diagram.

    Sorry, I can't be more specific.

    Looking at it now, I don't think I would make the pieced borders, but I had run out of material so I improvised.
