Shame on Eddie
Because of him you have a beautiful quilt. Your color choices are perfect for this pattern...you must be thrilled. I think I need to find his post to find the name of the book. Beautiful work

Rachel, your bargello is simply breathtaking. Take a bow on this one & stepping out of the box was scary at first, right? However, you did it, you learned & I don't see one mistake from where I sit. Will anyone in particular the recipient of this beauty, or will it be yours?

    Definitely! :)

I can't wait to see your finished one! I know it's become a total pain in the rear for you but it's going to be worth it when you have a gorgeous finished project!
It'll be worth it, but it's not going to be nearly as beautiful as yours!!!

I used a few batiks in this one and actually that was my first time working with batiks. I'm not totally decided if I like working with them, but they're so pretty I'm sure I'll use them again, many times, down the road. I bet a bargello made totally with batiks would be gorgeous. Make sure and post pics when you finish yours!
I wasn't a fan at all of batiks til I just made this quilt I'm working on. It is all batiks and I am so in love with them now. I get it. I get why everyone loves them. And you're right ~ an all batik bargello would be gorgeous. Let's get Eddie to do it!

And I like the idea of the "Blame Eddie Club". I know my wife and daughters would want to join! They already have their own chapter here! :D :D :D
Rachel & I will be Presidents of the Satellite Chapters of BEC.
