    Great job on your first! I love the quilting in the sashing. It really stands out as a lighter color on darker fabric. Great fabric line too!

    Welcome to the quiltingboard. We are happy you have joined us. Your quilt is excellent. Very pretty. Good job. I like the design and stitching. There is lots of stitching, what machine did you use? The binding is super. Your stitching on the binding drew my attention too. Very nice.

    Wow such quick responses! The machine is a Janome Platinum 720. I did regret the contrast in the sashing and the stitching when I started sewing them- it highlights mistakes- but ,once it is all washed and dried the mistakes seem to disappear
