I love Batiks and couldn't resist making a Bow Tuck. My friend Dorothy came over and we make our bags together, that was the most fun!

I love the fabric. I have the pattern but haven't started one yet.

Very Very nice!! Any easy patterns you can share? I have 3 daughters that would love that! One would even take yours. She loves purple...or lavender.

Same for me -- bought the pattern a while back, but have been busy with Christmas gifts. I have some batik jelly rolls, and thought I would try incorporating that fabric into one of these purses. The pattern I think calls for 2 yards of batting; does it really take that much?

Your purples are beautiful, and it looks like you did a great job putting this together.

Wow! Purples,, my DSIL would steal that bag in a second. but I made her one in purples with flowers on it and I think she'll love it. Made one for a swap partner and for my Mom too. I'm hoping to get one made for my sister, but may not have the time so she's getting a spiral table runner. It is fun to sew with a friend or relative. Have a great day, huggies, Fay
