This was nicely pressed at one time, but has been living rolled up in a plastic bag for some time waiting for the addition to be finished. I wanted this to be a bedspread instead of a quilt so I added a wide border then a bedskirt removed from it's solid foundation fabric. After these photos were taken, I found yards and yards of cream "Irish" lace at a yard sale for $4.00. So I have since added this 5" wide lace to the bottom of the bedskirt. It's now a lovely bedspread.

Lovely, I like the way you get a kind of random feel to the blocks, like your colours to!

A good cuddling quilt. Reminds me of my DGM's old farm house quilts. Nostalgic.
