Before me and my boyfriend broke up I was getting Kittie shirts to make a quilt for him because he liked Kittie too (which I'm glad I never completed for him because he turned out to be a jerk). I showed my friend, Andrew, all the shirts and told him the idea and he was like "You should totally make me one! But with Slipknot shirts! I need something cool to hang on my walls!" After I broke up with my boyfriend, the Kittie quilt got put on hiatus as a quilt for me yet I still wanted to make something. And that's how I got into making this Slipknot quilt.

I think it is awesome. I like slipnot. Your doing great if that's only your 3rd quilt. Keep on sewing!!!! :)
Actually Kittie is my favorite band. Oddly enough they got their start opening up for Slipknot. lol. I like Slipknot, but not enough to make a quilt for myself.
