I'm embarrassed to admit this is only the third quilt top I've completed since starting to quilt four years ago.

And I know my borders are wavy. I'm hoping it can be remedied with a really good pressing because I REFUSE to rip everything out as I spent the last two nights on those borders. But I'm pretty proud of myself. This is a fairly huge quilt, it has extra bulk because of the interfacing on the t-shirt designs, and this is the first time I did sashing and borders.

Gosh, and your first completed top is one of the hardest types there is, too. Way to go! It really looks nice. :)

Hey--I think you did a splendid job! I really like the gray you used for the border and sashing. Looks great against that black. I have a nephew that would beg me to make him one like that if he saw it.

Wow! I think you did a fantastic job! Some of the wavy-ness will probably even out when you quilt it. Please post it again after you have it quilted! Great job!

you did a fantastic job...I think you can work the wave out as you complete the quilt. I've worked with worse waves than that and it all came out good.
