    Next time I do one of these, I'll pick better material. It was a mystery piece, and mine was too subtle to show up nicely, IMO.
    Also, it needs ironing and that shows up much worse in the photo than it did in the sunporch. Sorry about all the wrinkles. So many of my Sisters' Group projects have been stuck in plastic bags for ages. I'm so happy that I'm now motivated to get them out and work on finishing them up.

    I think it is nice. Something I like the subtle effect you get with the fabrics like your. Of course when the pattern doesn't pop out, people look more closely at your block and can see secondary patterns, but also what ever mistakes made in the middle......or anyway that has been the case for me. I've found lots of mistakes in mine by closer inspection. None of them got ripped out and redone though.
