    Very pretty, lots of work. Sorry, I am no help regarding the fleece backing, never used it. I'll be watching for everyone's suggestions though.

    Speaking from personal experience, fleece is a royal pain to back a quilt with. I would go with flannel, its easier to work with.
    I love the quilt top, I make lots of scrap quilts.

    I haven't used fleece as backing (yet) but the advice I would give you is to use a good quality, NO PILL fleece. All fleece is not created equal!
