    That's a great idea! I, also, avoid log cabins as I have trouble keeping them square. This would be a great way to practice!

    I like this idea. The pinwheels will give the quilt some unique quality. Very nice.

    I love log cabins, I think they are so very unique, and lots of possibilities. I have done a reversible log cabin many years ago, it was fun and challenging.
