    Funny thing about a log cabin block I have to say I was scared to death of it. I actually think it's not an easy one especially for me when I made mine I had the worst time because I couldn't get a straight 1/4 inch seam to save my life! Now things are a lot easier.

    Great! One of my first was a QIAD log cabin...none since...but have watched Eleanor Burns new videos on YouTube and am tempted to try another...maybe

    Very nice quilt. I do enjoy sewing strips and there are so many possible settings for the blocks.

    Log cabins are beautiful and so many ways to lay them out. For a great tutorial checkout Jordan Fabrics. She has easy instructions.

    I used the creative grids template and I am glad that I did. That really helped keep me in line when my seams were not in line

    How fun to try new, "old" blocks. Your quilt came out so nice. Love the log cabin, my first ever quilt was done in logs cabins.
