    Default My first Mariner's Compass

I like straight lines. I'm always tentative about going out of the graph lines. Recently, there was a contest listed for one quilt block. As I was the only entrant the contest did not come to fruition. Oh well. I had used that inspiration to try my first Mariner's compass block. It has been completed as a small wall hanging for me to contemplate at work. Hope you enjoy it!

Gorgeous colors. Sorry there wasn't a contest as you surely would have won.

That is a lovely block. I really love your fabric choices especially the printed fabric in the sawtoothed border and final border. It is lovely. Thank you for sharing.
