I first looked at your fabric and thought.... uh oh. But the finished product is fabulous! I love the contrast. I don't think it's too busy!

I think it's stunning! I really like the way you did the borders too.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments and encouragement. When I go back and try to look at it through all your eyes, maybe it's not as bad as I thought...lol. After all, it's always different when you are continually looking at it during construction. Maybe I just might do another...one of these days :D

You are wrong. You did a great job of putting it together and it is really eye-appealing, which, to me, many of them are not.

I think it's wonderful. The way you did the borders is absolutely perfect to anchor the colors and frame out the quilt. Love it!

I don't see what the problem is. It is a beautiful quilt.

I don't care for the fabric, but you did a good job with it.

I love it. A slightly larger print with a little space between the motifs might be better. Your color sense is great though. The more colors, the better the hexagons come together for different centers. You did this one very well. Congrats!

WOW---That is an awesome quilt! I love the fabric that you used. Can you tell me the name of it or the company that made it?

Lol..you're lucky..I have some pieces of selvage left over. It says it's Fanfare by Kathy Hall for Andover Fabrics. Patt # 4108. www.andoverfabrics.com

I got it at a local Spotlight store, which I assume is similar to Joannes in the US

    Hope this helps :)
