Great use of fabrics and your quilt is very pretty. I love scrappy quilts.

NO such thing as "Just A Scrappy Quilt". It's full of all of memories of all the time and love you have put into the past quilt (each scrap represent time, thought and love), as well as all of the new memories you just stitched together for your granddaughter. So you shouldn't sell yourself or you granddaughters quilt short, by saying "Just A Scrappy Quilt".
Your work is great and your colors are HAPPY, your granddaughter will love it.
    Thank you for sharing.

You jazzed up a scrappy by setting it on-point and love the border picking up the blue stips in the squares. Very nice scrappy!

I agree, I think at night they get together and make baby scraps and some grow up and become teenage scraps, then there are and mommy and daddy scraps. Grand parent scraps always seem to get used first. That's why scrap quilts are so addicting and fun!

That's pretty! Yes, scraps breed, as do metal hangars. But socks disappear. Go figure! LOL Welcome to the Board from FL!
