    you did jump in the deep end with that pattern (lone star i think isnt it?) heard they are kinda tuff with all the points...

    but you did a beautiful job...a bright spot amongst all the gloom you have been trudging thru..hope all is much better

    Well...like I said, Susie, I tend to dive into the deep end when I start new projects. *blush*laugh* I didn't know any better before I started! *laugh* I love the 8 pointed star design and the symbolism behind it in so many different cultures just grabbed me. So I made up my mind to do it! *laugh* I would not have been able to do it without Jan Krentz's DVD. I highly recommend it!
    And there is a reason that there isn't a closeup picture of the actual quilting...*sigh*

    Wow, you did a lone star as your first quilt! I am completely impressed. It is beautiful and you did a great job. I am glad to hear your health issues have improved and you are moving forward into a happier, peaceful life. Thank you for sharing.

    Wow you did jump into the deep end!! It is beautiful ~ the colors are so vibrant. Hope your health continues to improve. Looking forward to seeing some other spectacular quilts.
