    Thank you everyone, this is all flannels, it's just one quilt, front is the prints, back is the brown/tan
    I just went to JoAnn's when they had flannel on sale for only $2.79 a yd and then I had a coupon for another 20% off my entire order. SO I thought I done good. LOL I know people recommend the more expensive flannels but I cannot afford them. I just laid my squares on the bed how I thought they should go and only changed out 2 cause I had the browns too close together. LOL It is very soft and I love it. I sent it out to him yesterday, so anxious to hear what they think. :-) YUP, simple to make, but I am proud. Now I feel like I have more confidence to try a little tougher quilt. LOL Have a very quilty day rachel

    Such a nice cozy looking quilt. Your grandson will love his quilt and especially his grandma for making a special boy quilt for him.
