    beautiful, haven't gotten the nerve to do a scalloped edge yet. looks like a challenge?

    Very pretty!! You did a great job with the scallops! That no-math method to determine the size of the scallops makes them so much easier.

    I love this quilt! You did an excellent job on the whole thing! But, what impressed me the most was your consideration of the longarmer. You marked the top as to where you were cutting the scallops...you didn't cut them til after it was quilted. This made it easier on the longarmer. So many times quilters cut the scallops before hand & then the quilt is hard to load on our frames. We strive to keep the quilts square & uniform as we're quilting them & any help we can get from the piecer makes it easier on us. Thanks!
