    I have been sewing for 43 years, quilting for about 21, and I still don't always get such perfect points as yours. Well done! I like your colors too!

    wonderful quilt! You learn so much by hand piecing. My first quilt was a sampler, queen size. It was fun to see everyone's square each week. Some people just don't like binding the quilts and you may be one of those or just a bit timid to do it the first time. It's my favorite part because it means that project is done.

    Wow! Great first quilt...I've yet to do a sampler...have plenty of orphan blocks to do one. Keep up the good work...there are lots more quilts out there to be made!

    Really nice! I made a sampler for my first quilt too, but it wasn't as varied as this. I really like the block in the lower right corner, do you know what it is called?
