This is my first quilt I have ever done. Its is hand appliqued. This quilt got me hooked on quilting. hope you enjoy this pictures.

Your first quilt. My heavens you have my respect for sticking to it. That was a lot of time and effort for a first quilt. I think of a first quilt as a fast to do, get it done, and get hooked. I don't think of one as this intense amount of work.

It is gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous. Congrats.

Thank you all... I began this quilt through a quilt club at my work, It took 1 1/2 year to complete. I do not think I will attempt anything like this for awhile. I want to explore some piecing and other techniques.

Thank you all for your kind words.. It's not a perfect quilt but it is in my eyes. I am very proud of it. :)
